To Our Shareholders and Investors

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to our shareholders. geechs inc. got listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers on March 20, 2019 and changed to the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section on April 3, 2020. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.

Based on our corporate vision of “Make the biggest impression in the 21st century”, our Group is configured with two other Group companies, and the IT Freelance Matching Business as our core business.

Looking ahead, it is estimated that there will be a shortage of up to 790,000 IT human resources by 2030, and securing IT human resources will be the biggest challenge in the corporate management.

Meanwhile, as for the government's actions, the environment surrounding freelance is expected to change significantly and its population is expected to increase, as seen in the establishment of study groups by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on "new ways of working without relying on employment."

With this as background, our IT Freelance Matching Business, in addition to supporting IT freelance’s work styles, and in order to solve the “shortage of IT human resources”, which is currently a management issue for companies with high IT personnel needs, we play the role as a matching platform that mediates IT freelancers and those companies with high IT personnel needs, and propose effective and efficient use of external resources. Rather than being constrained by the fixed idea that employees must be hired as permanent employees, the idea is to share talented human resources with skills throughout the entire society. We are working on this business with the aim of driving the expanding freelance market.

In addition, Seed Tech Inc. develops "Seed Tech business" that creates services and IT human resources from Japan to the world by utilizing the synergies of offshore development based in Cebu, Philippines, and the education business that operates programming schools. We intend to further strengthen the collaboration between this business and our IT human resource business, and accelerate the growth of the Group.

In addition, our group company, G2 Studios, plans, develops, and operates smartphone games that are jointly produced with major game companies. Our strengths lie in our ability to create a flexible development line utilizing IT freelance through synergies with our IT Freelance Matching Business.

Moving forward, the Group will continue to pursue portfolio management that leverages Group synergies and strive to continuously increase corporate value so that shareholders can support us over the medium to long term. We sincerely ask for your continued guidance and encouragement.
