Our Approach to Sustainability

We are committed to fulfilling our corporate social responsibility and realizing a sustainable society by solving social issues through our business, such as alleviating the shortage of IT human resources. We will also promote ESG management and contribute to solving the six materialities and achieving the SDGs.

Under the Grand Vision of “Make the biggest impression in the 21st century”, the entire Group is united in contributing to society and continuing to grow as a company through business activities such as the promotion of new work styles such as freelance, human resource development, the promotion of DX that leverages our technological capabilities, and product development. 01Solving the IT Talent Shortage by Sharing Technical Resources

In response to the assumption that up to 790,000 IT personnel will be in short supply by 2030 (based on the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s IT personnel supply-demand gap observation), we are working to solve this problem by utilizing IT freelancers who work on multiple projects beyond the boundaries of the company. We have a database of IT freelancers’ technical skills, experience, and aspirations, as well as company projects. As a ” technical resource sharing platform,” we encourage the utilization of human resources without regard to employment, thereby eliminating the IT human resource shortage in our society.

Our Business

02DX/IT personnel development and reskilling

Since 2013, Seed Tech business has been contributing to the development of IT human resources by offering the “Seed Tech School”, a programming school. In April 2022, we launched “Sodatech”, a SaaS-type DX/IT human resource development service for corporate clients, to create an environment to develop IT human resources within companies through reskilling and recurrent education opportunities. We are developing our services with the aim of “the era of DX/IT human resources development within the company”.

03Development of a society and environment where freelancers can work with peace of mind

With the government’s work style reforms, the diversification of employment patterns, and the expansion of hybrid work due to the Corona disaster, more and more people are choosing to work as freelancers. We have been operating our benefits program for IT freelancers, “Furinove”, since 2017 and have created services to support the way IT freelancers work based on their feedback. Our goal is to create an environment that encourages the choice of freelance careers and allows people to continue working for a long time with peace of mind.

The geechs Group is actively working to mitigate the risks to the global environment posed by climate change, which is beginning to have a serious impact on our daily lives.
